It’s vital to have a contingency when it comes to a Summer party, therefore see if the venue can offer a room inside on standby just in case the clouds decide to rain on your parade. A back up plan will not only put your mind at rest, your guests will only thank you for helping them swerve the ‘drowned rat’ look!

Be sure to make the most of the season, by seeing what special packages the venue can offer, for example, Summer cocktails or Pimms receptions. Perhaps see what further enhancements they could offer for example, branded deck chairs, bunting or Summer hampers.

Perhaps make your Summer Party a truly British affair by adding in enhancements such as garden games or competitions to really get your staff’s competitive juices flowing!
