Tech Data Microsoft Incentive

Working closely with Tech Data to create a fun and rewarding incentive for their top sales performers, Inconnection devised an itinerary that was tailored to the demographic of the expected attendees. This included an Escape Boat (a unique take on the Escape Room), a guided tour up Temple Bar visiting traditional Irish pubs and dining in a selection of quirky venues.

The group also enjoyed some free time during the trip to explore the lively city and engage in the local culture, using their luxury city-centre hotel as a base.

Dublin was a great location choice for this incentive given its close proximity to the UK, meaning travel times were short and the group were able to get as much out of the weekend as possible. Dublin’s vibrant atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop to reward the group for their hard work.
