MemMail

Our MemMail service is used to take your team activity beyond the virtual to further build anticipation and boost attendance of your event. Before the event your guests will receive their pack with everything needed for your chosen team activity. The MemMail pack is completely customisable to your branding, colours, and finished with a handwritten note for that personal feel.

How does it work?

Your guests will be guided through the chosen team activity by a professional host or entertainer, who will take them get all your guests excited and connecting throughout the activity. By the end of the event your guests will be having a blast and will have grown closer together than ever before.  

Host

We source the best host to fit your event and brand to ensure the best experience possible for your guests. This could mean an expert quiz master, professional host, or celebrity speaker to take the experience to the next level. They'll guide your guests through team activity, making sure everyone is getting involved and having the best time possible.  Depending on the host, guests can be given the chance to ask any burning questions in a dedicated Q&A session.  

Pre Event Schedule

Before the event your guests receive an email invitation to the team activity with a link to a dedicated data capture form to record their details and the delivery address for their MemMail. This form will be customised to include any other questions you may need, along with your branding and theming of the event. All the communications and responses will be handled by us at Inconnection on your behalf, allowing you to sit back and relax.  

Two to three days before the event your guests will receive their personalised package, including their activity kit, and everything they need to have the perfect day.
