MemMail
Our MemMail service is used to take your activity beyond the virtual to further build anticipation and boost attendance of your event. Before the event your guests will receive their pack with everything needed for your chosen tasting experience. The MemMail pack is completely customisable to your branding, colours, and finished with a handwritten note for that personal feel.

How does it work?
Your guests will be guided through the chosen tasting experience by an expert in the field, who will take them on a journey of discovery as they taste their way through the menu. By the end of the event your guests will know everything there is to know on your chosen tasting experience.
Host
We source experts in the chosen field to ensure the best experience possible for your guests. This means that for a wine or champagne tasting they'll be paired with a sommelier, and for a beer tasting with a cicerone. They'll guide your guests through the menu, giving their expert insight throughout. After the event your guests have the chance to ask any burning questions to their expert host in a dedicated Q&A session.
Pre Event Schedule
Before the event your guests receive an email invitation to the tasting session with a link to a dedicated data capture form to record their tasting preferences and the delivery address for their MemMail. This form will be customised to include any other questions you may need, along with your branding and theming of the event. All the communications and responses will be handled by us at Inconnection on your behalf, allowing you to sit back and relax.
Two to three days before the event your guests will receive their personalised package, including their tasting kit, and everything they need to have the perfect day.
