MemMail

Our MemMail service is used to take your activity beyond the virtual  and increase engagement and to further build anticipation of your event. Your guests will receive their pack prior to the event with everything needed for your chosen entertainment experience. The MemMail pack is completely customisable to your branding, colours, and finished with a handwritten note for that personal feel.

How Does It Work?

Your guests will be welcomed into your chosen entertainment experience by their host, then they can sit back and relax whilst enjoying the entertainment provided with their drinks and snacks. By the end of the event your guests will have enjoyed a full show and be thoroughly entertained.  

Host

We source professional entertainers in the chosen experience to ensure the best event possible for your guests. This means finding well-regarded magicians for magic shows, and  renown comedians for your comedy shows. They'll keep your guests entertained throughout the event, bring vibrant energy and excitement to your chosen format.  After the event your guests get a dedicated Q&A to ask any burning questions to their host.  

Pre Event Schedule

Before the event your guests receive an email invitation to the event with a link to a dedicated data capture form to record their drink preferences and the delivery address for their MemMail. This form will be customised to include any other questions you may need, along with your branding and theming of the event. All the communications and responses will be handled by us at Inconnection on your behalf, allowing you to sit back and relax.  

Two to three days before the event your guests will receive their personalised package, including their drinks and snacks, and everything they need to have enjoy their live entertainment.
