Brief
An IT reseller client was looking for an incentive solution to reward their staff and boost productivity within the business, pushing staff to try and achieve top seller status, whilst also integrating CSR elements.
Solution
Amsterdam was chosen as the incentive destination due to the short flight times, wealth of sustainable venues, plus being renowned for its vibrant night life – a great attraction to the young sales representatives.
The city boasts a robust a reliable public transport system which Inconnection utilised for the client, providing travel passes for all attendees and promoting the use of public transport or walking throughout the incentive duration.
Venues for the stay include a 4-star hotel with a whole host of CSR initiatives and being completely carbon neutral, plus an eatery working with a range of suppliers to create sustainable food and drink in the heart of Amsterdam.
Outcome
The client experienced a burst of sales in conjunction with the incentive along with a steady trajectory until the end, resulting in over double the number of possible winners reaching the threshold and then exceeding it. This was a massive win for the client, and great evidence these incentives are a positive ROI.
