Michelin

Michelin wanted to celebrate their exceptional team and launch the start of a new way of working by taking the Michelin group and the new Europe North region teams to Madrid for a two day conference 'Our New Dawn 2018'. 

Inconnection managed every aspect of the event including flights, transfers and accommodation for the 250 delegates arriving from all over Northern Europe, alongside applying a football theme and bringing it to life. We were tasked with recreating the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium as the team members or 'players' headed through the players' tunnel to cheers and band music to take their seats for the day. 

We provided Alan McInally to host proceedings and included delegate 'keepy uppies' with a world record holding freestyler keeping the audience engaged. With a small turnaround the venue was transformed into an evening gala dinner including awards, live videos from the UK and a band to finish the night.
