Charity Partner 2024

London Comedy Lunch is almost here and it’s time to announce our 2024 charity partner. Last year's London Comedy Lunch was a huge success and through the amazing generosity of our guests and the dedication from all the staff and volunteers we raised a phenomenal £34,264.82 for the Motor Neuron Disease Association. 

This year London Comedy Lunch will be proudly supporting Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity. 

Rainbow Trust Children's Charity is the leading organisation providing emotional and practical support to families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. 

The money raised will go towards pairing each family with an expert Family Support Worker, who provides tailored practical and emotional support for the family 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. 

The support that Rainbow Trust provides is hugely varied, ranging from driving families to medical appointments to save them time and money, taking siblings for fun days out, or simply listening to a parent’s fears and anxieties about their child’s diagnosis. 

Last year, they opened two new care teams in Reading and Liverpool and every donation at London Comedy Lunch will go to Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity to help them continue the amazing support they offer to families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. 

What your donations will provide: 

• £30 is enough to provide an hour’s practical and emotional support for a family caring for a seriously ill child. 

• £210 pays for a day’s visit from a Family Support Worker to help families to cope. 

• £1,900 is enough to support a family with a seriously ill child for a whole year. 

We can’t wait to welcome you all to London Comedy Lunch 2024 and raise money for this fantastic charity. Guests will enjoy an afternoon of comedy from three fantastic comedians, Simon Brodkins, Tom Stade, and Jo Caulfield as well as a silent auction and raffle to help raise money for Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.
