Las Vegas Incentive Travel

Inconnection managed an incentive travel trip for a client in the automotive sector, handling an all-expenses paid trip to Las Vegas for 13 attendees. Two on-site staff handled the travel, venue liaison, and separate activities across the five-day trip, creating a unique and memorable experience for all guests.

To ensure smooth arrival, a staff member was sent in advance to confirm that everything was organised for the guest's arrival in Las Vegas, while another staff member coordinated and managed the flights from multiple airports across the UK, ensuring all guests arrived in Las Vegas together.

The group stayed at the MGM Grand, right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. They dined at several restaurants and eateries, including iconic venues such as Hakkasan and Bouchon.

The trip was organised around the SEMA/AAPEX show in Las Vegas with all attendees having tickets for both days and an on-site staff member to accompany them to the show. However, guests did not have to attend and could spend the time enjoying Las Vegas or Topgolf. Activities were set up for the remaining days of the stay including a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon and over the Strip at dusk, plus a Dream Racing experience, driving some of the fastest cars on the market.
