Last year we partnered with the Insurance Institute of Manchester to do something a little different before annual BIBA conference - padel courts, breakfast, and two hours of proper connection before a single slide went up. It worked. So we're doing it again.

The format is built around a belief we hold firmly at Inconnection: the best networking doesn't have to only happen in a conference hall. It happens when people are moving, laughing, and sharing an experience together. Padel is perfectly suited to this - social by design, accessible to all levels, and genuinely fun. Throw in good coffee and breakfast from Treehouse, and people arrive at the conference already warmed up and mid-conversation. That energy carries through the whole day.

It's the kind of morning that makes the rest of the event feel different - and the attendees who joined us in 2025 said exactly that.
