The Brief

Inconnection was tasked with organising a high-level Partner Advisory Board meeting targeting the most Senior Executives across key partners in the EMEA region. The event needed to reflect the caliber of attendees, offering a premium experience at a luxury venue. Beyond the business agenda, the client required a memorable activity and exclusive dinner to strengthen relationships and leave a lasting impression.

Solution

Guests arrived at a five-star hotel in central Rome, where luggage was seamlessly transferred while they attended a senior-level meeting held above ancient Diocletian ruins, visible through a glass floor. Each of the 30+ attendees received a welcome gift, followed by a lunch at a spectacular rooftop terrace with sweeping views over all of the city of Rome, including Villa Medici and Trinità dei Monti to the Tiber and the Janiculum Hill. Guests were surprised with an exclusive electric Fiat 500 convoy tour through Rome, ending at another luxury venue for terrace canapés and a four-course, wine-paired dinner.
