A client approached Inconnection to create an exclusive, “must-attend” event for senior executives. The goal was to foster high-level relationship building, create a sense of prestige community and ensure maximum attendance by making the event genuinely unmissable. The client had previously attempted similar events but experienced high dropouts. The client sought a compelling solution that would entice and guarantee attendance, offer a distinctive experience and facilitate meaningful interactions between senior executives who might not usually meet. The event needed to strike a balance of creating a premium, engaging environment without focusing on product or services.

Solution

Inconnection proposed an “Icons” themed event and secured the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London, a location rich in cultural heritage and typically inaccessible to the public. This iconic venue set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Attendance was maximised by personal phone invitations. Guests were individually greeted on arrival and personally escorted into the venue, settings the tone of exclusivity and care from the very first moment. An immersive, sensory rich agenda, curated music and a live "Stories from the Studios” session brought Abbey Road’s legendary history to life. A lasting personalised touch; the CEO send a personalized handwritten message and coffee table book on Abbey Road’s history, post event to extend the event impact and reinforced the brand sentiment and appreciation.
