Inconnection produced yet another successful Business Opportunities Conference for our client in the tech sector held at The Belfry Hotel & Resort.

Brief

Our client needed a solution that provided maximum opportunities for networking and sharing business updates without the need to utilise multiple locations and reducing transport usage for delegates.

Solution

We provided a single venue solution with The Belfry Hotel & Resort including a fully bespoke set and stage installed for the event, the branding of which was echoed on personalised branded name badges and thank-you gifts for each guest.

The full day conference started with a morning session for the 200 attendees, followed by networking opportunities throughout the day for customers, partners and staff. An array of breakout sessions were run across five smaller breakout rooms in the afternoon, offering a platform to introduce business updates for the year ahead and build stronger relations with key contacts.

In the evening partners and customers enjoyed a luxury three course meal, creating further touch points for networking, with accommodation offered onsite at the five star venue to create a relaxed flow to the day. The following morning, small groups of attendees utilised the golf facilities, playing on the prestigious championship course and further strengthening business relationships before departing.

Outcome

The client was able to cascade efficiently all relevant business updates during the course of the two day event with time scheduled into the itinerary for breakouts and networking to increase customer and partner engagement and satisfaction. The itinerary ensured all content and objectives were covered without overwhelming attendees, avoiding the overload common at conferences and business event.
