Senior Marketing Executive – Strategic Campaigns & Content
The purpose of the role:
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to lead and deliver strategic, sector-focused marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for boosting brand awareness, generating leads, supporting sales, and delivering compelling content that resonates with target audiences at every stage of the customer journey.
You’ll plan and execute innovative campaigns across email, LinkedIn, SEO, PPC, events, print and PR—bringing fresh ideas that move beyond repetition. You’ll also create high-quality content for newsletters, the website, and social media, while managing the company’s tone of voice and visual identity. A key part of the role includes working closely with senior leadership and sales to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business goals.
Key facts & figures of the role: Key accountabilities
- Delivering at least 3 major campaigns per year, tailored to key industry sectors
- Creating engaging, thought-leadership-driven content for digital channels
- Managing LinkedIn strategy and newsletter content to grow and engage the audience
- Supporting events and exhibitions with creative, end-to-end marketing
- Analysing campaign performance and maintaining clean, effective CRM records
- Staying ahead of industry trends to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, Google Ads, and email tools
- Excellent writing, content creation, and brand management skills
- Confident with CRM platforms and reporting tools (Dynamics, GA, LinkedIn Analytics)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams
- Design skills (Canva/Adobe Suite) are a plus
