The purpose of the role:

The Event Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of complete project’s through client management, budgeting, sourcing suppliers and planning the overall project. A varied role, with the primary focus being on operational excellence through the effective management of event logistics of pipeline of events, and managing accounts.

Key accountabilities

  • Manage and oversee own pipeline of a broad range of events
  • Manage multiple event timelines and projects simultaneously
  • Project Lead on events throughout the full event lifecycle, with full support of the team as required, including on-site delivery.
  • To oversee and act as the main point of contact with clients and stakeholders, to build relationships on both live project updates and future opportunities to increase income, drive engagement and lead in delivering improved customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction post sale and ensure a high level of customer service is achieved internally.
  • Responsible for finance (CRM) and to ensure regular checks and accuracy.
  • Work closely with Client Services to implement and facilitate strategic opportunities that have been identified (new and existing clients).
  • Responsible for budget control and review for all owned projects ensuring the budget is completed for large scale projects.
  • Responsible for creating client proposals.
  • Responsible for updating running orders to a high standard.
  • Contribute to the development of Inconnection strategic objectives.
  • To be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work.
  • Working with suppliers to improve knowledge and development
  • Comply with company policy in relation to Health and Safety, security, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 Years previous project management experience/relevant experience
  • Ability to develop strategies and organise tasks to a high standard.
  • A proven track record of delivering a range of events end to end while managing client accounts.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and response times.
  • Proficient in excel, word and powerpoint
  • CRM Dynamics preferred but training provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
