Michelin Conference

A trip which has fast become a key date in the diary for members of the Michelin Exelagri network, destinations have previously included York, The Gleneagles Hotel, Epernay & Versailles and Abu Dhabi.

Structured one to ones between the Dealers and key members of the Michelin team offered a platform to share information, review annual performance and present actions for the coming year.

A day trip to Dublin along with activities at the hotel including cocktail making, falconry, archery, wine tasting, laser clay pigeon shooting and spa treatments all allowed Michelin to thank their dealers whilst looking ahead to the coming year.

Johnnie Fox’s is one of Ireland’s oldest and most famous traditional Irish pubs making it a perfect fit for the group’s final evening together. Complete with an interactive hooley dance show and regional Irish produce, the venue offered a real flavour of the destination.
